All purchases, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and physical or digital products are subject to the Oircle Refunds Policy.

• Users must follow the guidelines in the Refunds Policy to request refunds or exchanges.

• Subscriptions and in-app purchases are non-transferable and must comply with activation and usage rules.

Oircle AI and other digital tools operate under strict privacy and security standards.

• Interactions with Oircle AI are private, secure, and never used for training AI without explicit consent.

• Users and creators maintain control over all AI-generated content and can edit or delete information at any time.

Oircle services are governed by UK law, while respecting international laws and regulations.
